Thank you, and good afternoon, and good morning to our audience in the U.S. Thank you for joining the OCI N.V. third quarter conference call. With me today are Nassef Sawiris, our Chief Executive Officer; Hassan Badrawi, our Group Chief Financial Officer; and also Ahmed El-Hoshy, our new Group Chief Operating Officer.
