Thank you. Hello, and welcome to our analyst and investor call on the acquisition of Kaycan. Thank you again for joining on such a short notice. You have the presentation on the website, so we'll go slide-by-slide. I'm extremely happy to announce this acquisition. I have with me Sreedhar, our CFO; and Mark Rayfield, our CEO for North America.
Today is a decisive step for Saint-Gobain to reinforce our leadership position in North America and in light and sustainable construction. This acquisition of Kaycan has been managed as a bilateral discussion with the family that owns the business, so without auction but bilateral, according to the relationship that has been built over the time between both teams.
