Good afternoon. I'm James Gordon, J.P. Morgan European Pharma and Biotech Analyst. And today, I've got the pleasure of introducing the Galapagos presentation. So, you're going to hear from Galapagos CEO, Paul Stoffels and we're going to have a 20-minute Q&A in this room after the presentation.

Good afternoon. My name is Paul Stoffels. As said, I'm the CEO of Galapagos. After retiring from J&J, where I worked for 30 years as mainly in the science, but as Chief Scientific Officer for the last 10 years, returned back to Europe and took the reins of a company, which I co-founded back in '98.
