Interactive Brokers is a highly automated global electronic broker, providing seamless access to multiple products in over 120 markets in 31 countries, all from a single account. Today, we are one of the largest U.S. electronic brokers as measured by the number of daily average revenue trades, or DARTs, as well as the fastest organically growing electronic broker as measured by our client accounts and client equity. What makes us unique is our highly automated platform. From account opening to compliance to trade execution and settlement to investment analysis and reporting, we are fully automated. Because of this automation, we have a highly efficient and scalable business model. We also maintain a strong balance sheet with $7.4 billion in total equity and no long-term debt.
