So everyone, now we have Acreage Holdings here. This is Glen Leibowitz; he's the CFO of Acreage Holdings. Glen I think has a background mostly in public accounting and finance. I think 10 years at PWC, 10 years at Apollo doing private equity, accounting for that large fund -- giant. I guess it's not just private equity, they do a lot of different things as well.
They are focused on credit as well. They have a small real estate segment. My role there was to really build out their reporting and SEC functions and took them public in 2011, which is a great segue to joining Acreage where, when I joined in 2018, they were looking to go public. So that played right into my skill set and passion. And took them public in November of 2018 and just been working building out the finance function, the control framework, working on financing and all the rest of the opportunities around what we need to get done for Acreage.
