Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the XOMA annual Meeting of the Stockholders. I would now like to turn the conference over to Jim Neal, CEO. Please go ahead, sir.
Good morning. As was indicated, I'm Jim Neal, the Chief Executive Officer of XOMA. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of XOMA Corporation. Appreciate you taking time out today of your busy schedules to attend our annual meeting. Danny Van Ness, who's Chairman of our Board, will be presiding over the meeting. And at this point, I'll past the podium over to Danny.
Thank you, Jim. XOMA is pleased to be conducting our Annual Meeting of Stockholders as a virtual meeting. In my capacity as Chairman of the XOMA Board, I hereby call the XOMA 2019 Annual Stockholders Meeting to order. Our agenda today will be first to finalize the voting on the 3 proposals up for approval by the XOMA stockholders.
