Ladies and gentlemen, good morning. I want to extend a warm welcome to this Annual General Meeting. You've been invited to attend in line with the legal requirements and deadlines. I want to inform you that there is a video link-up between this auditorium and an adjacent room. And before we constitute bureau, I invite you to watch this video.

We are now going to nominate the officers of the meeting and appoint 2 tellers amongst the members who represent, by themselves and our corporate officers, a greater number of shares. I would put forward the names of Jacques Dumas and Gilbert Delahaye, if they are -- if it's agreeable to them. And I would ask the shareholders who oppose these appointments or abstain, to raise their hand. We now have a bureau, thus a need to appoint a secretary. I would put forward the name of Céline Donadieu. David Lubek, CFO, and Jacques Dumas are by my side to help
