Vinci SA Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, shareholders, good morning. It has now been more than 4 months since the world has faced this pandemic, which has affected us all in our personal lives but also in our professional lives. And it has also severely tested our businesses and economies in each of our countries. Even our shareholders' meeting has been impacted because as you remember, we were supposed to hold it in the Pleyel concert hall on April 9, but on that date, a meeting involving several hundred people was still banned. So our Board decided to postpone it and to reconvene it with a slightly modified agenda. Unfortunately, we are forced to hold it behind closed doors in order to protect your health, and you know that the health and safety of our employees, but also of our shareholders is our #1 priority.
