Okay. Good morning all. For those of you who don't know me yet, I am Ian Meakins, Chairman of Rexel's Board of Directors. And I am pleased to welcome you to the company's Annual General Meeting. At my side are Guillaume Texier, CEO; Laurent Delabarre, Group Chief Financial Officer; and Agnes Touraine, Chairwoman of the Nominations and Compensation Committee; and Isabelle Hoepfner-Leger, Secretary General and Secretary to the Board of Directors.
