Thank you very much. Hello, everyone, and welcome to Soitec's conference call dedicated to the publication of our third quarter revenue. This is the third quarter of our fiscal year 2024 covering the period from October to December 2023. I'm Pierre Barnabe, Soitec's CEO, together with me on this call are Lea Alzingre, our CFO; and Steve Babureck, our SVP Strategy. As usual, we will start with a few comments on our figures. And after that, we'll open the floor to questions. After the very strong rebound we achieved in Q2 '24, we maintained our Q3 '24 revenue at a similar level as expected. Revenue in Q3 '24 reached EUR 240 million.

This is in line with the EUR 245 million achieved in Q2 '24 as we announced during our H1 '24 results disclosure. Compared to Q3 '23, it represents a 12%
