Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to this 2018 Annual Results Presentation for Sopra Steria. Welcome to those who are connected remotely because I'd like to remind you that this presentation is webcasted live. It's translated into English live. So there'll be 2 of us giving this presentation. I'll be with Ãtienne du Vignaux, our CFO. Pierre Pasquier, the Group's Chairman, is here in the room as well as a certain number of the group's Excom members. So this presentation will have 6 sections. First of all, we'll have the highlights for 2018. Then we'll have the operating position by reporting units. Then Ãtienne will present the financial results for 2018. Then we will have a reminder of the strategy as well as objectives for 2019 and then, obviously, we'll answer all questions that you may have.
So highlights for 2018. 2018 was a transitional year, it wasn't an easy year in terms of performance. As you know, in October, we had to review our profitability objectives and bring them down. We explained this, and we explained the reasons for this drop.
