Welcome to all of you, ladies and gentlemen, to our virtual press conference to the Vienna -- of the Vienna Insurance Group here from Vienna. Today, we are going to give you an overview of the preliminary figures for the financial year 2020. We're going to talk about the utilization of our market potential; also we'll be covering the agenda 2020. We are going to give you an outlook. That is our management program that we have implemented. And we're going to end the press conference with an outlook of the 2021 financial year.
Our CEO, Professor Elisabeth Stadler, is with us; and Liane Hirner, our CFO. After the presentations by the panel, media representatives will be given the opportunity to send in questions.
