Industrials conference. My name is Joseph Wolf, and I'm the Deputy Director of U.S. Equity Research. This is my first industrials conference, but I have it on very good authority that this is our best conference ever. This is year 2 of our rebuilt industrials team. We've expanded the breadth of the events to include more chemicals and European names, and we are basically at 100 companies attending compared to 65 last year. This investment in people and this conference should highlight to you our commitment to [reach] in general and to the broad industrials sector specifically.
