Good morning, and welcome to the Eli Lilly and Company Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will now begin.
Good morning. I'm Dave Ricks, Lilly's Chairman and CEO. Thank you for joining us today for our first virtual shareholders meeting, designed to help keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We plan to resume our in-person format next year. And in the meantime, you can submit questions and vote from the virtual meeting site, regardless of your location.
