Thank you, everyone, and welcome to our Q3 2018/'19 call which will also cover the reasoned statements which we released earlier this morning.
I think Q3, and you will have seen that yesterday evening, shows quite a lot of indicators for our progress of the transformation, but it also is part of the logic, which we will then allude to later on, why we believe that the EUR 16 offer per ordinary share offer made by EPGC substantially undervalues the company.
