Thank you, Andrew. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to our 2023 Annual General Meeting. I'm Steve Reid, Chair of the Board of Eldorado Gold Corporation, and I'm joined by George Burns, our Chief Executive Officer. As provided in the company's bylaws, I will be the Chair of the meeting. Eldorado is conducting its Annual General Meeting this year in a physical and virtual hybrid format held in person at the offices of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in Vancouver, BC, and virtually using the Computershare virtual meeting platform.
