Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Very happy to be with you today for this presentation of our Q1 2023 revenue. We implemented a new organization as of January 1, 2023. So our segment activity reflects that (inaudible). But for reference purposes, the Q1 figures are available in the itinerary under the reporting format. Without further ado, let's move to business with Slide 3.

So the highlights of the quarter is that we continue to see an acceleration of the activity in Q1 2023 versus Q4 2022. The RevPAR is up a star 57% like-for-like versus Q1 2022. We benefit from a favorable base effect as Q1 2022 was
