Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you so much for joining us on relatively short notice for this fireside chat with Goodyear. My name is Emmanuel Rosner, and I'm the senior U.S. autos and auto technology analyst at Deutsche Bank. I'm very pleased to be joined by Darren Wells, the CFO of Goodyear for this conversation. The format for this session will be a fireside chat around some of my prepared remarks, following up on Goodyear's recent earnings and guidance, but also questions from all of you on the call.
