And with that, welcome to all of you, shareholders. It's my pleasure to open here with our Annual General Meeting 2019. A little late, but I'm sure you will all have used the opportunity and have been able to join us here in the hall. So welcome, so the shareholders, shareholder representatives, our guests, the media representatives and also those who are following this AGM today via the internet. The AGM will be broadcast in full length, via the internet, to our shareholders. And till the start of the debate, the transmission of the AGM is also accessible to the general public. I may note that all the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board are present. As in the years before, the notary public, [Dr. Timin Gutter], will compile the minutes and protocol of this AGM.
