Rosenbauer International AG Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Very good morning, ladies and gentlemen. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I take the Chair pursuant to Section 116, Para 1 of the Stock Corporation Act. And I open today's 30th -- and that is the anniversary, the 30th General Meeting of Rosenbauer International AG.
In order to protect shareholders and other participants, the Executive Board has decided to use the statutory provisions to have this meeting hosted virtually. Could I ask for your understanding that this year's AGM, given the non-foreseeable development of the pandemic and requiring 3 months to plan our meeting, we again will be hosting this meeting in a virtual format? Along these lines, the Executive Board, in consultation with my person and weighing all advantages and disadvantages, taken the resolutions to carry out this meeting in the safest possible manner and to host it virtually within the meaning of the Company Law COVID-19 Act and the Company Law COVID Regulation in consideration of the interest of the company and the
