Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Results Presentation of the Second Quarter for XXL ASA. My name is Tolle Grøterud, and I'm the Interim CEO.
First, I will take you through an operational update. Then our CFO, Stein Eriksen, will take us through the financials followed by a Q&A session. Our Chairman of the Board, Ãivind Tidemandsen, will also participate. And for media, there will be an opportunity to perform separate interviews after the presentation.
Let's see. Let me first start off by saying that the recent attention from the media has affected all of us in XXL. We are proud of our culture. And even though we, in general, have high scores in service from our employees, there are indications and part of our culture that we need to correct and recreate. We wish they did not happen, and we want to say sorry to all the parties that have been offended by any of these actions. The new management team has already started the work with corrective actions.
