All right. Let's get started. Good morning, and welcome to YIT's Q3 2022 silent call ahead of our silent period starting at the end of this work week. My name is Tommi Jarvenpaa, and I'm YIT's Investor Relations Manager. I'm here with our CFO, Tuomas Makipeska.
