Yum China Holdings Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Fred Hu, Chairman of the Board of Yum China. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors of Yum China, welcome to Yum China's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
In light of the continued public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and related travel restrictions, the Board of Directors has determined that it is prudent to hold the annual meeting in a virtual-only format this year.
At this time, I would like to introduce the other Board members present at this meeting. Joey Wat, who is also Yum China's CEO; Peter Bassi; Christian L. Campbell; Ed Yiu Cheong Chan; Edouard Ettedgui, Cyril Han; Louis Hsieh; Ruby Lu; Zili Shao; William Wang. Two of our current Directors, Christian L. Campbell and Ed Yiu Cheong Chan, will not stand for reelection at this annual meeting.
