Thank you, operator. My apologies for that. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is my pleasure to welcome everyone to the Acadian Timber Corp. AGM. It's now 11:00 a.m. and time to start the 2020 annual and special meeting of Acadian Timber Corp. My name is Malcolm Cockwell, and as Chairman of the corporation, I will chair the meeting.
