Thank you, operator, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is my pleasure to welcome everyone to the Acadian Timber Corp. Annual General Meeting. It is now 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time and time to start the 2022 Annual Meeting.
My name is Malcolm Cockwell, and as Chairman of the Corporation, I will chair this meeting. With me today are the directors of Acadian. Heather Fitzpatrick, Karen Oldfield, Erika Reilly and Bruce Robertson. Also on the phone are Adam Sheparski, President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Acadian, and Susan Wood, Chief Financial Officer of Acadian.
