Hello, and welcome to the Addus HomeCare Annual Meeting. I would like to turn the call over to Dirk Allison.
Thank you. Good morning. I'm Dirk Allison, President and Chief Executive Officer of Addus HomeCare Corporation. I'd like to welcome you to the company's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
In light of the ongoing public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and to support the health and well-being of the company's shareholders, employees and their families, we are holding this meeting virtually via live audio webcast.
