Great. We're going to get started. Well, welcome in person to the Stephens annual investment conference. It's great to see everybody here in person. I am Scott Fidel. I'm the healthcare services analyst with Stephens. Delighted to have Addus HomeCare joining us for the first healthcare services fireside chat in person. For the conference, we'll be having a number of other companies participating over the next several days. Here from the Company, we have the management team: Dirk Allison, Chairman and CEO; Brad Bickham, who is President and COO; and Brian Poff, who is EVP and Chief Financial Officer.
For those of you that don't know, Addus is a home-based focused company. The Company operates -- their core business is in personal care, but they also have an expanding clinical home health and hospice business as well. So I got a number of questions I'm going to want to ask you guys. But, Dirk, I thought maybe if -- just want to pass the mic over to you first, and if there's any just introductory comments you want to make around.
