Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining our call today. I'm going to offer a few opening remarks before turning the call over to Daniel.
Over the last year, Daniel has earned the opportunity to lead Adacel, beginning with a significant restructuring about a year ago, then leading us through stabilization of the business following those changes and now through the COVID-19 disruption. Throughout, he has demonstrated clear thinking based on facts, data and analysis and a steady leadership presence both inside and outside the company. The Board is delighted to announce his appointment today.
