Adacel Technologies Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Board, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Adacel Technologies Limited. Thank you for your attendance this morning via our teleconference facility. I'm Michael McConnell, Chairman of Adacel Technologies Limited.
In the event that we encounter technology problems, I will hand over the meeting to Peter Landos if I get cut off. I'll then attempt to rejoin the remainder of the meeting if we have an issue.
Allow me to begin by introducing those present on the call today from the company: my fellow Non-Executive Directors, Natalya Jurcheshin, Peter Landos, Silvio Salom; Daniel Verret, Adacel's Chief Executive Officer; Kevin Pickett, Adacel's Operations Head; Rebecca Weir, Adacel's Company Secretary.
Also in attendance today are the company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, represented by Jason Perry and Mario Longpre, the partners responsible for the company's audit for the financial year ended 30 June 2020.
