Good morning, all. I'd like to call to order this Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Aptose Biosciences Incorporated. I'm Dr. William Rice, Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptose, and I'll be serving as the chair of today's meeting.
Other directors include Dr. Denis Burger, our Lead Independent Director; Mr. Warren Whitehead; Ms. Carol Ashe; Mr. -- Dr. Mark Vincent and Dr. Erich Platzer. Other officers of the company also joining us online today are Dr. Rafael Bejar, Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer as well as Dr. Philippe Ledru, our Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
