Good morning, all. I'd like to call to order this Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of Aptose Biosciences Inc. I'm Dr. William Rice, Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptose, and I'll be serving as the Chair of today's meeting.
Joining me today are other directors who have joined us either online or in person, including Dr. Denis Burger, our Lead Independent Director; Dr. Erich Platzer; Mr. Warren Whitehead; Ms. Carol Ashe, Dr. Bernd Seizinger and Dr. Mark Vincent. Other members of senior management joining us today are Mr. Fletcher Payne, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary; Dr. Rafael Bejar, Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Officer; and Dr. Philippe Ledru, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
