Hi, everyone, and thank you for taking the time to join us. We thought that it was appropriate to hold an investor call following the announcement we made this morning. I will fairly quickly hand over to Pete Findlay, (inaudible) to discuss the details of the announcement. But in broad terms, really, the announcement is, I guess, reflective of the 2 segments of our business with, obviously, a strong cash inflow coming from the sale of our Port Melbourne side, allowing us to restructure and focus more on the branded side of the business and the branded segment of the business, which we've obviously been very pleased with the performance of that, particularly since the acquisition of Lion Dairy &
