Okay. So good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Jayride First Half FY '23 Results Investor Conference Call. With me today, I have Rod Bishop, Managing Director; and Peter McWilliam, CFO. Rod will present the slides we have released to ASX, and we'll share those on the screen as well, and then we'll be pleased to open the line for questions.

Welcome to Jayride's First Half FY '23 Conference Call. Today, we have the benefit that our headline numbers for the December half have all been prereleased in the quarterly business review from January. So today, for the benefit of our new retail holders and new holders, we get to take a step back and focus, rather than on the detailed financials, something at a higher level.
