Jayride Group Ltd Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. I'm Rod Cuthbert, Chairman of Jayride Group Limited. It's 11:00 AM here in Melbourne. I've noted the presence of a quorum and declare the meeting open. On behalf of your Board of Directors, I welcome you to this Extraordinary General Meeting of our company. Also in attendance is our Company Secretary, Sonny Didugudo in person with me here in Melbourne today.
The notice of meeting was dispatched to shareholders and it's available on the company's website. The matters being considered at today's meeting are all related to the capital raising the company announced earlier this year, receiving commitments to raise $1.5 billion.
As we go through the meeting, each resolution will be displayed on screen as I put to the meeting. The company has elected to hold this meeting in a virtual arrangement whereby shareholders can obtain vote and ask questions online through the Computershare meeting platform.
Voting today will be conducted by way of a poll on all items of business. I
