Thank you, Cameron. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for taking the time to dial in this morning. With me once again is Chief Financial Officer, Tim Manners. Although it's not a quarterly call today, we'll still follow our familiar process; in that, I'll provide an overview before passing over to Tim to delve into the numbers in more detail. We'll then open the line for some questions.
So just hit the same following the release of FY '23 guidance in July of this year and a steadying of market and operational conditions, the company is pleased to now provide a 3-year outlook, being a medium-term view of consistent production and a lowering all-in sustaining cost profile.
