Okay. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Bob Vassie, Chair of Ramelius Resources Limited. It's now past the appointed hour, and I declare the meeting open.
Welcome, everyone, to the 20th Annual General Meeting of Ramelius Resources Limited. Our meeting today is being held on the lands of the Whadjuk people, and I wish to acknowledge them as traditional owners. I'd also like to pay my respects to the Elders past, present and emerging and Aboriginal Elders of other communities who may be here today. I would also like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands on which we undertake our mining operations.
Today's meeting is a hybrid one being held in person and online via the Computershare platform. This allows shareholders, proxies and guests to attend the meeting personally and virtually. All attendees can watch a live webcast of the meeting. And by using the Computershare platform, shareholders and proxies have the ability to ask questions and submit votes.
