Thank you, operator. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining us today for the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Badger Daylighting Ltd. My name is Glen Roane. I'm the Chair of the Board of Badger, and it's my pleasure and responsibility to chair this meeting.
Attending the meeting with me today are Paul Vanderberg, a Director of the Corporation and our President and Chief Executive Officer; and Darren Yaworsky, our Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
