Thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for joining us for the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. My name is Glen Roane. I'm the Chair of Badger's Board of Directors, and it's my pleasure and responsibility to chair this meeting.
