Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining our call this morning. I'm joined today by Carol, Neil and Alistair. Today, we're announcing a very significant transaction for the group, and we're incredibly excited about the opportunities which today's acquisition will bring to the group. It's also a step change in our strategy, which will accelerate our ambition to be the leader in fashion, and now beauty e-commerce. I will talk you through our presentation this morning, and then we'll open up the line to Q&A at the end.
We'll now move on to the next slide. This morning, we are announcing the acquisition of the Debenhams brands out of administration.
