On behalf of team IIFL, I thank you for joining us on this call. I am R. Venkataraman, Managing Director. I'm accompanied by Nirmal Jain, our Group Chairman; Sumit Bali, CEO, IIFL Finance; Karan Bhagat, Managing Director, IIFL Wealth Management; Monu Ratra, CEO, IIFL Housing Finance; Balaji Raghavan, Head, Real Estate Finance; and Kaumudi Biyani, our Financial Controller.
