Thank you, Margaret. Good afternoon, everyone, on behalf of the SMIFS Limited, I welcome you all to quarter one FY22 conference call of Nitin Spinners. We are pleased to host the senior management of the company. Today, we have with us Mr. Dinesh Nolkha, Managing Director of the company; and Mr. P. Maheshwari, Chief Financial Officer of the company.
