Thank you Vivian. Good afternoon, everyone. On behalf of SMIFS Limited, I welcome you all to quarter two FY23 conference call of Nitin Spinners Limited. We are pleased to host the top management of the company. Today, we have with us Mr. Dinesh Nolkha, promoter and a Managing Director of the company, and Mr. P Maheshwari, CFO of the Company.
