Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Pursuant of Article 86 of the Articles of Association of the Bandhan Bank Limited, hereinafter referred to as the Bank, I, Anup Kumar Sinha, Non-Executive Chairman of the Bank, hereby take the chair.
I welcome you all to the 9th Annual General Meeting, herein referred to as the AGM, of the Bank. It's 11:00 AM Indian Standard Time, time for the 9th AGM to commence.
