All right, everybody, I think we're going to get started here. Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Jeremy Campbell. I'm the exchanges, brokers and asset managers analyst here at Barclays. Today, it's my pleasure to welcome Lars Ottersgård who is the leader of Nasdaq's Market Technology business; and we also have Ed Ditmire who runs the IR efforts over at Nasdaq, too.
