Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining the full year results call. For those of you, who are new to the story, a little snapshot of Base, where we're headquartered in Perth in Western Australia, but our focus is very much on East Africa with the Kwale mineral sand operation that we brought into production at the end of 2013 with the Toliara Project in Madagascar that we're trying to move forward to a final investment decision, and we've also got some exploration activity straddling the border in Tanzania and Kenya. So very much East African focused.
Looking at the FY '23, it's been another very successful year, both operationally and financially. We saw strong operational performance at Kwale, coupled with continuation of a
