Thank you, and thanks, everyone, for joining our quarterly call. Today, as usual, I'm joined by Kevin Balloch, our CFO; and Steve Hay, our General Manager of Marketing.
So turning to the key points in the quarter, not strictly in the quarter, but it would be impossible not to talk about it, is the agreement we've reached with Energy Fuels for a proposed combination to create a critical minerals business or a global critical minerals business. And we'll talk more about that in a minute.
From an operational perspective, I guess, the key thing this quarter was that we made the transition to Bumamani from the South Dune following depletion of the ore reserves down there.
