All right. Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Dave Koning. I'm a senior research analyst at Baird, covering payments and BPO. And I'm very pleased to introduce Visa and Mike Milotich, the Head of IR. And I think Visa's name goes for itself. You probably all have one in your wallets. You know exactly what they do. They grow fast. The stock's been incredible.
And I want to tell one just quick story. So a few years ago -- a couple of years ago now, their Head of IR was Jack Carsky, and he was kind of legendary. And I thought to myself how can anybody fill his shoes? He was so good. We even wrote a poem, Twas the Night Before Earnings, when Visa crushed it 1 quarter. But Mike has done an incredible job, very well-known now and totally filled his shoes.
