Good morning, everyone. I'm Al Kelly, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Visa Inc. On behalf of the Board, our entire management team and all of my colleague employees of Visa, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
