Full Year 2020 Vistry Group PLC Earnings Call Transcript
All right. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Vistry's full year results for 2020. I'm joined today by Earl Sibley and Graham Prothero, our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
And before we start, can I say it's great to have the opportunity to wear a suit for the first time this year and even greater to have the opportunity of a tie, which is the first time I've worn something around my neck. Although that's not totally true because on Saturday, of course, I did have the opportunity to put my Wales scarf on, and I wore it quite tightly, which I always do for an England Wales game because I'd like to start with it being tight. But during the game, normally, I release it a little bit because it gets tense, and then it's always a very, very tight affair. But of course, this year, it wasn't. And having thrashed Scotland, thrashed Ireland, Wales absolutely thrashed England. And at the end of the game, I kept my scarf on as tight as this and even had time to make a cup of tea and a couple of crumpets because there's no pressure at all.
