Good afternoon, everyone. And welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Bridgewater Bancshares.
Before we move to the business at hand, I would like to remind everyone that we will be hosting our next quarterly earnings call on Thursday, April 27, at 8:00 AM, Central Time, during which we will provide an update of our 2023 first-quarter financial results, as well as insights into what we are seeing across the business in light of this unique banking environment. A webcast of the earnings call will be available on the Investor Relations section of Bridgewater's website.
Moving on, there are a few housekeeping items I will address related to today's virtual meeting.
